Doorly is built by a small team in Canada that's spent the last several months listening to PM companies from Vancouver to Halifax. The pattern was the same everywhere: great teams, brutal tooling. We're fixing that — starting with the workflows that hurt the most, and shipping with the people who feel the pain.

Questions, answered straight

What does "design partner" actually mean?
You get founding pricing, direct founder access, and your feedback shapes the product. We get permission to learn from your workflows and (optionally) quote you. Six-month commitment, no contract beyond that.
When does Doorly ship?
Private beta opens Q3 2026. Design partners get access first. General availability targets early 2027.
What does it cost?
Founding partner pricing is locked for 3 years and is set well below market. After GA, pricing will follow per-active-lease economics in line with the category (~CAD $3-5 per lease per month).
How do you handle provincial differences?
We're launching with ON, BC, AB, QC, MB, SK, and NS — covering 95% of Canadian doors. Lease templates, tenancy law, and trust accounting are all province-aware. Smaller provinces come post-GA.
Are you for small landlords too?
Eventually, yes. PM companies come first because the workflows are more demanding — if it works for them, it works for owner-operators. Small landlords can join the notify list now.
Why Doorly when MagicDoor, AppFolio, or Buildium exist?
Because they were built for the US. Canadian PMs deserve software built for Canada — not US software with a tax-rate dropdown bolted on.
